This is a Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning fangame. If you haven't yet, be sure to play the original game (it's free), or buy Baldi's Basics Plus while it's in early access. 

Also, while not really a horror game, this game does contain some things like loud sounds and minor flashing lights that could be upsetting to some (the latter can also be turned off in the settings.)
